Honest common-sense people communicating the work and experiences they have been through in their lives is invaluable--if even for what bad advice and pitfalls to avoid. You may already be familiar with how the few web forums, blogs and email lists out on the vast www info jungle have sometimes allowed others to get just exactly the kind of suggestions and information they'd been looking for and resolve problems they've had for years! But countless more are still trying to sift through it all--and it's getting deeper everyday.

For general inquiries, if you need a response to your email, state that at the beginning. We have the best person to acknowledge and respond in a timely manner. Should it become necessary, in the future, we plan a formal help ticket system for the fastest response from all points on the site..
